All tyres sold carry manufacturer warranty only. Warranty claims are subject to the tyre brand's approval and are not the outlet's responsibility. Warranty period and coverage vary by brand and model — please refer to the manufacturer's warranty booklet.
Once fitted, tyres cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer-approved defect.
Damage or manufacturing-defect claims require physical inspection by an authorised brand representative. Claim decisions can take 7–15 working days and are at the manufacturer's discretion. Approved claims are settled pro-rata, with the balance payable by the customer; an additional ₹200 service fee applies on every claim settled after fitment of a new tyre.
Full payment is due at time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, UPI, cards and bank transfer. All prices are GST-inclusive unless stated; please share your GSTIN at billing if applicable.
The outlet is not liable for loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from use of our products/services, nor for personal belongings left in the vehicle during servicing. Driving decisions after purchase are the customer's sole responsibility.
Prior appointments are recommended for alignment, balancing and other non-emergency services; delays can occur during peak hours. In case of any dispute, management's decision is final, and all matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Faridabad courts.
